We ordered the outdoor shower with handheld option. It shipped out immediately and got to us was faster than we expected. The shower unit was packaged really well so it every part was intact...short of the box being crushed, with the way this is packaged not sure any damage was even possible, it's that good. We have not installed it yet but all parts present and very happy so far.

We just got our outdoor shower unit installed and we LOVE IT! We were missing a part that we just reached out to services for, but luckily it was only the tube for the handheld so the plumber was able to install the main unit today. Hoping they ship out the tube for the handheld soon which will allow me to comment their customer service. Overall quality shower!

Customer service was incredible. I had a question about how well the product would perform in cold weather conditions and the company got back to me within a few minutes and it was late at night my time. I have had several cheaper units burst at the seams during cold weather conditions, even when drained of water. I am hopeful this product will last through the seasons – I was told it has a lifetime guarantee so I hope I understood that correctly. :-)
The price was reasonable, the quality appears to be very high and unit came with everything needed for easy installation. I highly recommend this company and their products.

I live in coastal NC (Beaufort). I recently mounted our new shower system on an exterior wall just off our screened-in back porch. It’s a bit of a work-in-progress, but I will soon build the shower enclosure, flooring/decking, etc. around the new shower appliance creating an enclosure equal to the fine, handsome aesthetic and high quality of the gorgeous new shower system.
The system met all my expectations thus far (handsome, obvious high quality, comfortable and sturdy weight, great water pressure, etc.).
Looking forward to years of use!

It’s now the best shower in the house. Don’t have issues with leaks or anything. It’s solid and looks incredible with claw foot tub. Shower head puts out a good amount of water for a great shower. Love the look and using it.

Great outdoor shower for after pool time. In summer weather you just need cold attachment but hot water can be added. Great idea also for a casita that is too small for indoor facility.

I needed a simple outdoor shower solution to service the pool area. It provides exactly what you want, an outdoor hot/cold shower. My experience with outdoor showers is that they breakdown much faster due to exposure to the elements. Those $200-$300 fancy-pants designs will look lovely until they start to deteriorate over time. Something to consider.

I absolutely love my new shower. It's gorgeous, it was easy to install, and it's great quality so far. The height of the showerhead is adjustable and it can be moved from side to side for when you clean. Those things are important to me as I am the only tiny person in my home and I enjoy being able to use something without feeling like a little kid taking her first "big girl" shower. I usually get hit in the face with a side-mounted sprayer every time someone forgets to turn the sprayer and have trouble reaching the showerhead above without "adult" help. I have similar issues with toilets. I'm always tempted to buy a really garish kids' toilet step just to demonstrate how it feels to not be able to touch the floor with anything but my tippy-toes. No worries with my shower, though! Huzzah!
This company also has fabulous customer service. I had a minor issue with damage during shipping and my email was answered immediately and a new handle arrived in a matter of days. I certainly wasn't expecting it to arrive quickly from a company that's based 8,000+ away from me. I can't be happier. Thank you so much!

Easy to order. Although it was routed an odd way, the tracking kept us apprised of the location and expected delivery. Plumber was very pleased with quality when installing. Bought this because of the stainless components and the shower is in a salty, sea-air environment. Real test will be to see how long it stays rust resistant. At this point we are pleased with it.

The outdoor shower looks great and was easy to install. One part didn’t weather well over the winter and my complaint was immediately responded to. A replacement piece was delivered to my house within days and follow up emails came shortly after to confirm customer satisfaction.

I used PEX tubing to connect the water lines and installed this shower on my patio and did not have any issues with the installation.
